Counter Notification – Restoration of Material
If your content has been taken down due to a copyright claim, you can send a counter notification to have it restored. This notification must meet specific requirements detailed under 17 USC Section 512(g)(3).
- Your signature;
- A description and original location of the material;
- A statement asserting that the removal was a mistake;
- Your contact information and consent to jurisdiction.
